PES provided the structural design and details for the renovation of the historic 1934 print shop building to serve as the new Judge Advocate General (JAG) Headquarters which includes offices, waiting and lobby areas, a courtroom, and mechanical mezzanine. The 30,698 SF facility requires hardening of the non-reinforced masonry walls and the design of penetration resistant materials where anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP) required stand-off distances cannot be met.
