Biography
Ana’s interest in the built environment began at an early age. Growing up in a family deeply involved in construction in Mexico, she was regularly exposed to job sites and the process of bringing buildings to life. Seeing firsthand how ideas transformed into physical spaces sparked her curiosity and ultimately led her to pursue a career in architecture and design.
Originally from Atlanta, Ana earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She was drawn to PES because of the firm’s collaborative culture and commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful projects. The opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a team-oriented environment made PES a natural fit.
At PES, Ana serves as a BIM Designer, assisting teams with modeling, documentation, and project coordination. She is particularly excited to gain hands-on experience with BIM coordination and to see how design concepts evolve into practical, buildable solutions. Her background in architecture allows her to approach projects with a strong understanding of spatial organization and user experience. Her skill set includes architectural modeling and drafting, design development, graphic communication, and both physical and digital modeling. She brings a thoughtful perspective to projects, with a keen interest in how people interact with and experience the spaces they inhabit.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys cooking, baking, playing tennis, and taking long walks outdoors. Looking ahead, she hopes to master cooking confidently without relying on recipes and dreams of one day going backpacking.
