Biography
Van’s charged with helping to develop a successful and focused entity to compete at a high level for federal contracts. He also provides insight into trends and contracting opportunities and heads PES’s business development efforts for the Federal Studio. Van works hand in hand with Michael Planer and the rest of the PES team to position the firm with clients and Federal agencies that can benefit from utilizing PES, a certified Small business, for design and construction services.
