PES developed the structural framing and design criteria for the local Structural Engineer of Record (SEOR) to prepare construction documents for Grange Castle Media Park.
Located in Dublin, Ireland, Grange Castle will be the country’s largest media park for film and television production. The 800,000 square foot media park will consist of 13 sound stages, offices, workshop spaces, and ancillary supports.
PES will also provide design review services upon completion of the structural drawings.
