About Project
PES has teamed up with Phillips Partnership and Fortune-Johnson on the design of the residential portion of Lawrenceville’s $200 million mixed-use SouthLawn Redevelopment project. The residential area, which encompasses more than 15,000 square feet of retail space will provide a mix of housing types including apartments, town homes and single-family dwellings.
PES is designing two different apartment options for SouthLawn. The first provides three- and four-story urban apartments along Clayton Street called SouthLawn Luxury Apartment Residences. It will be set up in a town center layout with an elevated pool area that will offer views of the full development.
The second option will offer a four-story building called Conclave with larger residential units and interior corridors, elevators, a private pool, fitness area and a club. It will be located next to a one-acre park.
