PES provided the structural design for 88 Regent Street, a signature 32-story mixed-use multifamily tower located on the northern edge of the Liberty Harbor North Redevelopment Area.

The project consisted of 392 residential units, 9,110 square feet of ground floor retail, over 5,000 square feet of office space, and a multilevel garage with space for over 300 cars buried within the structure from the street to better conceal it from pedestrians.

The structural system of the development consisted of concrete framing, post-tensioned concrete roof slab, reinforced slab-on-grade, post-tensioned elevated floors, and light gauge metal stud walls supported on steel pile foundations.
