PES recently provided the structural design of the new Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville for The Kessler Collection.

The new luxury boutique hotel totals 175,000 square feet and rises seven stories along the banks of the river. The structure utilized concrete framing, post-tensioned concrete roof slab, reinforced slab-on-grade, post-tensioned elevated floors, and light gauge metal stud framed walls supported on shallow foundations.

Opening in August 2022, the hotel features 187 guest rooms, many with balconies, a spa with four treatment rooms, a 700 square foot art gallery, and a two-story restaurant and bar above Falls Park overlooking the Reedy River.
