PES is providing the design of a new high-rise senior living facility (approximately 15 stories on top of two stories of parking) that contains 92 Independent Living units and 48 Assisted Living units along with common space. The new building consists of concrete framing with elevated post-tensioned concrete flat slabs, infilled metal studs and a slab-on-grade with deep foundations. The tower consists of 295,000 gross square feet and the two parking levels consist of 50,000 gross square feet. The scope also includes some renovation at the connection of the new building to the existing building.
