Biography
Born and raised in Bozrah, Connecticut, Geoff discovered his love for structural engineering during his college years at Central Connecticut State University, where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering. Geoff has extensive experience in multi-family and mixed-use developments, high-end custom homes, K-12 schools, cultural, life sciences, and commercial markets throughout the northeastern United States.
Geoff’s expertise and enthusiasm for learning have fueled his interest in exploring new building types, structural systems, and advanced technologies, such as post-tensioned concrete and e-tabs. Geoff is dedicated to fostering collaboration and growth within the AEC industry. He participates in mentorship programs such as the ACE Mentor Program and PWC’s mentorship initiative. Additionally, he serves on the board of SEAConn, Connecticut’s NCSEA chapter, contributing to advancing the structural engineering profession.
Geoff was drawn to PES by our culture of collaboration and innovation and the opportunity to work alongside many talented leaders. He is excited to play an active role in growing our Hartford office while continuing to design impactful structures that come to life in the built environment.
Outside work, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, riding his bike, and pursuing hobbies like homebrewing and exploring new skills. With a passion for building and creating, Geoff looks forward to contributing to PES’s legacy and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
