Protective Design

PES has extensive experience in the protective design field. Our team has advanced training in this field and has applied it to a wide range of projects including federal facilities domestic and overseas, COFs, mortar-resistant building envelopes and weapons storage facilities.
We work closely with our clients to establish criteria based on their needs and we work with other disciplines to incorporate protection requirements with as minimal impact as possible.
Our designers utilize both internally developed software (SDOF) and industry standard software including SBEDS, WindGard PE, SBEDS W, BlastX, ConWep, and SAP2000 NL and have a breadth of experience with Federal Government standards including GSA, NAVFAC, OBO and others.
