Founded in 1995 during a tumultuous time for the healthcare industry, Premier Medical Group has grown to become one of the largest physician-owned multi-specialty group in the Clarksville-Montgomery County area. PES provided the structural design and details for the first of two parts on the Clarksville campus. The building is a two-story steel framed medical office building totaling 53,835 square feet. A single occupant out-patient medical clinic occupies the ground floor and the building contains a two-story lobby with a stair providing access to the second floor.
