PES provided the structural design for two (2) seven-story, steel and concrete high-rise residential towers and a four story cast-in-place concrete parking deck.

The project consists of 254 market rate apartments; 10,000 square feet of commercial space; and 8,000 square feet of retail shell space. Unit designs include a total of eight base types with variations based on conditions.

Amenity spaces include a clubroom/fitness area, leasing office, and an exterior pool courtyard set over the elevated concrete podium.
