PES provided the structural the design for Inspire, a new off-campus luxury housing development close to the Georgia Tech campus and across from the legendary Bobby Dodd Stadium.

The project features 239 apartments across seven- and twelve-story towers totaling 312,000 square feet. The structures consist of concrete framing, post-tensioned concrete roof slabs, reinforced slab-on-grade, post-tensioned elevated floors, and light gauge metal stud framed walls supported on auger cast pile foundations.

Expected to be complete by the Fall 2021 semester, Centennial Lofts will feature a variety of amenities including a pool deck, club house, and fitness center.
