Located in Carrollton, Georgia, The Trinka Davis Veterans Village is an outpatient clinic and assisted living center for the Veterans Administration. The project consisted of a 24,000 square foot Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), a 48,000 square foot Community Living Center (CLC), and associated maintenance areas. The CBOC features eight examination rooms and four treatment rooms for patients with mental health issues. Special treatments areas include Physical Therapy, Audiology, Dental Services, Podiatry, and Endocrinology. The CLC serves as a permanent living space for forty-eight veterans in need of assisted care. The center is comprised of four separate “houses” of twelve bedrooms each and also features a common clubhouse, fitness room, and chapel.
