PES provided the structural design for 320 West Mag, Auburn University’s newest off-campus housing option for over 700 students.

The new development, which includes 353,000 square feet of residential area above a concrete podium, a wrapped precast parking deck, coupled with on-grade parking to allow parking for approximately 895 vehicles, opened in August 2021.

Amenities will include three outdoor courtyards, club room, multiple fitness areas, study rooms, coffee bar, bike storage, and direct access to the Chick-fil-A on the podium level.
