PES provided the structural design for 333 Grand Street, a 13-story luxury mixed-use development located in the Liberty Harbor community.

The building consists of 240,487 square feet of multi-family residential space comprising 221 one- and two-bedroom units and 18,568 square feet of retail area utilizing epicore metal decking and load-bearing metal stud walls.

The development features extensive amenities including a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, landscaped outdoor deck, children’s playroom, pool deck, billiards room, library study area and a penthouse amenity space on the rooftop.
