PES provided the structural design for this 636,000 square foot speculative industrial building for Crow Holdings Industrial located in Jefferson. The building structure consisted of steel framing, steel bar joist roof framing with metal deck roof sheathing, slab-on-grade, and 161 load-bearing tilt-up concrete panels supported on shallow foundations. The Class A facility delivers state-of-the-art specs including 36′ clear height, a dedicated circulation drive, concrete truck courts, and two-story glass at entries with angled soffits and formliner accent bands.
