PES provided the structural design for Village Park Milton, a new, luxury senior living community located at the corner of Wills Road and Highway Nine.

The structural system of the community, which totals 157,401 square feet, consists of steel framing, composite steel beams, pre-engineered metal stud roof trusses, metal decking, and slab-on-grade supported on shallow foundations.

The development features 130 units offering bungalows, cottages, independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Village Park also boast various amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, walking gardens, housekeeping, and an on-site nurse for health and wellness assessments.
