PES recently provided the structural design for a new three-story office building totaling 20,100 square feet with a 1,500 square foot terrace on the top floor for the Zwick/Roell Group, the world’s leading supplier of materials testing machines.

The structural system of the building consisted of steel framing with elevated composite steel slabs, steel roof joists, slab-on-ground with infilled cold formed metal framing supported by shallow foundations.
