PES provided the structural design for a new office and distribution facility for Republic National Distributing Company, a family-owned business that has evolved into one of the nation’s leading wholesale alcoholic beverage distributors.

The 290,646 square foot, one-story facility utilized steel framing with reinforced slab-on-grade and tilt-up concrete panels supported on a shallow foundation system.

The project included 27,000 square feet of office space with a 200-seat auditorium, a hospitality room, a conditioned wine cool room in the warehouse, and warehouse offices.
