Chad Forster

Chad brings more than 22 years of experience in structural engineering design and consulting across a diverse range of project types, including municipal and public safety facilities, healthcare facilities, senior and assisted living communities, religious facilities, libraries, adaptive reuse projects, corporate office buildings, hospitality developments, and other complex structures. His expertise spans a variety of structural systems, including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.

As President and Principal of the firm, Chad provides leadership across all projects, coordinating and overseeing the work of Project Managers and Engineers while guiding design processes from concept through completion. He works closely with clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure project goals are met with efficiency, clarity, and technical excellence.

Chad is actively involved in the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia) and the Structural Engineers Association of Georgia (SEAoG), contributing to the advancement of the profession through industry engagement and leadership. A 2004 graduate of the University of Florida, Chad lives in Peachtree Corners with his wife, Lauren, and their three children—Grant, Ben, and Isabelle. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, cheering on Gator sports, and keeping up with his kids’ many activities.
